She told me to lie down and close

1 min · today

She told me to lie down and close my eyes. I did.

I could hear her — moving around the room. Setting something down on the table. Silence. A long one.

"Wait." From somewhere off to the side. I didn't know where she was. Didn't know if she was watching.

Then breathing, right by my ear. No touch. She traced her face an inch from my skin. Neck. Chest. Stomach. Lower. Just the warmth of it. I was shaking like a kid. I'm thirty-four.

The first touch was her lips. Right where I least expected it. I flinched, she pressed me down: "Stay still." Lips, tongue, a pause. Again. Then she took me in her hand and just held it. I was cursing through my teeth, she was laughing. By the time she finally climbed on top of me, I couldn't think straight anymore. Didn't last long. She said, "It's fine. We've got all night."
